Work place is good ..but there is no support from management and regional office ...salary structure is very poor compared to other company ..the basic salary given to employee s is 8500...they want business nd they expect high from employees ... but they don't wanna do any marketing expenses...

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
