Management is nothing but a Chief officer operations. Worst culture I have ever experienced in my experience of 20 years.A Pharma company with no any approval except manufacturing licence. Very very poor understanding of GMP. COO Alok Sharma is a dirty Pharma professional who is always against the GLP/GMP he is working after retirement and solely thinking of himself growth in terms of money he neither bother about the survival of Kores nor the growth of people working with kores Roha.10% salary is a pay for performance which is directly goes in the pocket of Alok Sharma in case if any employee leaves the organisation.Alok Sharma tremendously pressurises the managers. More than 60 managers from all the departments were terminated by Alok sharma in his tenure of 10 years in Kores. In his tenure company failed to clear its only regulatory inspection consecutively two times. In coming future also in the leadership of Sharma there is 0 chance of improvement in the GMP systems of company. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but carreer growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Lower edjucated Heads in every Department.

I learnt everything on the job. i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
