The company is a good growth of stationary products and very good environment in company also market value of good and their products demand in market is high we have always trying to fulfill the mArket Order and enjoying to working culture of the company with our colleagues and supporting staff.

Dislikes

Compensation and growth is slow and the work pressure is high sometimes I and our support staff have to work 10 to 14 hrs. And we have always trying to best of this work pressure we have not any complaint of any uppar management of work pressure, compensation and growth and continue work without any complaint.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
