No leave for one year otherwise salary deducted. Too much politics,need approval from everyone.salary is low as compared to work.staff not supportive.no help from senior to new employee,they will demotivate you and judge you too early

Very very very very very very very less salary satisfaction. When you give your 100% but there are no any increament and appraisal. Very bad company in view of increament (in gujarat,India). Increament is only 500rupee and 800rupee per year. Very bad for any engineers. Because of low salary work satisfaction is also low. I gave my precious 6years to this company But company never ever observe my hardwork. I have 6years of experience but my salary is 19000rupees only. All good except HR team members

HR Team behaves very rudely and in disgusting way. They don't know the meaning of HR (Non deserving people). They think like they are CEO of whole plant. Need to replace current HR team members with well qualified, mannered and deserving HR department team for employees as well as company growth otherwise idiots recruit idiots.
