Plant is good for getting knowledge, it is not company, it is just training institute, they recruit trainee and run the plant, work hard without any expectations, no rewards or benefit for your hard work. They will tell you Good Job nothing more.

Dislikes

No Regular increment, no incentive, no personal growth, Management doesn’t care about employee, employees problems, as per management employee doesn’t has any right to complain, very bad leave policy, all policy changes as per management requirements, Poorest management culture i have ever seen in any company. If you are jobless then you should join KPS. Thanks.

Very bad and without any co operation from management. No canteen facility.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)
