Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I have worked as an intern with Koovs.com, the experience at learning was vast and amazing, for interns things are lenient, it also depends on the mentor you've got. Management is a bit lethargic under HR and was careless in the starting of covid situation.

Dislikes

Since the parent company of koovs is new (they recently acquired koovs) they don't have proper office, neither do they have a corporate structure. Salary is delayed at times.
