The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that great electricals maintenance and project company in all over the India. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

No SOP followed by the company. Company is filled with politics. They should declare it as a kepl political centre. Very poor work culture. Everyone here is a boss in itself.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
