The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that great electricals maintenance and project company in all over the India. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day.

Worst experience ever since my job career. Though I m still working here due to non availability of jobs after covid 19 pandemic hit the world..

Company lacks SOP.. No higher level authority for HSE. Execution department behave like a slave with HSE. Partiality is in full fledged. No transport and lodging provided to new joiness. Salary structure is very poor for those who are not a part of the group (gang).
