Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. The owner (kunal khattar) and manager (divya babbar) created a toxic work environment. Both were consistently disrespectful to employees, they have a culture of micromanagement, negativity and poor communication.
