Its totally amazing and it is very good environment and collegues are very supportive and the management is also supportive. The salary they give is very good.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't mind. The work allotment is not proper.That's the big drawback there.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
