Local management is very poor. There ia jot even ERP(even invoice on excel)and data requirement is very stick (NO BOM , NO consumption data nothing available. Further not paying to supplier on time, against 60 days paying in 150 days so supplier not listen to us. HR is just a puppet of new MD, and every one is buttering to new MD. MD is like a guy, who didn't want to understand what is the root cause of problems just want results. Like if we didn't pay to supplier on time , supplier not buy RM and line stop at KA. Now KA pays and wants material today which is not possible on daily basis. But MD didn't want to understand this.
