Company has good reputation and brand name at global level.

Although Konecranes is good brand at global level, Indian unit is very poorly managed. Worst management and there are frequent changes in the organization. There is no work life balance for staff working in Jejuri Factory. There is no job security at all. Employees get fired at any point of time without any prior notice. Even thoughit is MNC, it feels like Indian private owned company due to worst management. There is very less incentives than shown in CTC. Company is not making profits since last 7-8 years.
