Kone Elevator is a Good MNC. Working environment is too enthusiastic to develop our Interpersonal skills. I love my KONE always....

Dislikes

Overall our carrier growth depends upon the Infrastructural development in Cities...Thats the only one minus point in this Elevator Industry...But Overall its a good company for Mechanical Engineers...

Work Details

Its so Exciting...Eventhough there will more pressures on our work..Still worklife balance is good...

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
