The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes, I have to work 12 -16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into the night.

The work culture of kone Hyderabad office is not good as I work here for 9 months and sharing this information based on my experience. Team mates are not supportive and looks unprofessional at work. Full of politics and dirty minds. Regarding career growth I can give 3 ratings out of 5 only because of unprofessional work culture. In simple words regarding the kone Hyderabad office is pure unprofessional and pathetic working environment. Service part is disgusting. No body takes the responsibility seriously and putting blames to every one.
