People need to change a lot in terms of adapting to new culture, new ways of working. Learning is limited unless if you don't ask. Things will not progress until otherwise you raise the voice. Ask for help when in doubt. Overall it's a great place to work!

Fake women empowerment agendas, in real no women is satisfied working in company, gender imbalance due to poor work atmosphere, some higher management staff lives in 19th century and thinks hiring women will hamper the work, and some thinks since husband is working wife's job is not of much importance.
