They make us to read bare act and interpret, which gives full satisfaction. Two level guidance, one from Audit Manager and one from Incharge partner. Documentation is given utmost importance.

Dislikes

They do not accept single group pass candidates.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
