Managers are only to take report 3 times in a day and not a penny support in terms of your achieving your parameters.

Kohler is a great company however with extremely poor leadership in Pune GSS office after recent changes in the hierarchy. Discrimination based on demographical and linguistic biasedness. Horrible manager I worked under Padmasri Padmanabhan, as she ruined my mental health and peace of mind by unethical work practices, forceful weekend work without pay, daily extending work shifts, interfering in to my personal life, stalking my personal life, disgusting comments and unprofessional behavior which is really frustrating and harrassing. She has changed the beautiful work culture of Kohler in to extremely toxic that it made me leave a great company. It no longer feels like a captive organization rather just like one of the toxic BPO companies in worked for in the past. The off role position is just like a scam, they take off role and use them for their targets to earn maximum benefits. Appraisal or increments are just impossible for off role employees. In short don’t join Kohler as off role. Your career will be at risk.
