There is unnecessary pressure of each and everything. Nothing can be trusted here as the employee job depends on the NSM point of view and it changes every month as per his discussion with RSM. The Leader (NSM) is not skilled and talks very inappropriately in some different language of Bihar. Having 2 unnecessary Heads for Retail & Project, Its so funny to see them working as they really don't know anything but still pretending and acting like a great philosopher - hahaha. Recent changes have changed the culture very much. In GSS R2R team 5/6 people left because of one bad manager Abhijit. He is very biased, no respect for the team, behaves badly, frequently criticizing Kohler culture and asks unnecessary personal questions as well. Company products are world class but work culture is full of politics. West team culture is worst. There are some people who only believes in politics. West Head of BD is one of them. Does not do anything but creates extreme pressure on the team. Herself only busy in family but ruins other team members life like hell. If these kinds of people are at managerial level, team will never be stable.

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.

1. Work life balance is next to bizarre. 2. Senior managers only care for reports. 3. No team support or collaboration between different vertical. 4. No job security. 5. Very difficult to learn and understand the product and process.
