Dislikes

There is nothing as such to dislike about anything working in Kohler. The only thing is they're quite slow in decision makings and do not retain people.

Work Details

I am into Business Development, working with high end architects bringing in the leads for their upcoming projects and then working parallel to the sales to give them the best offer to the client and serving them till end.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
