There are three two things that I don't like and concern authorities should work on this. 1. Employee should get some time to regularised their leaves. It should not be same day. 2. There should be leave & CTC part also on appointment letter. 3. There should be option to check employee's designation & his reporting manager name in outlook/webmail.

There are some people who have spoiled the company. My experience with them has not been good at all. There are no shortcomings in the company. The company always wants to give growth to its employees.

company culture is not good. Here promotions and appraisals are done by spooning people, not by looking at the work Medical facility is not good. If someone is on medical leave then they cut his leave and his salary and do not give any additional benefits.
