They change policies like we change clothes and none of the changes will be updated to the employees. When they can't afford an employee they put them under tremendous pressure and unreal targets, with no support and logic

Likes

People understand the work life balance, nobody asks you to work post work timings. The pay is good

Dislikes

Politics, arguing n poking ppl for petty things like clothing, what time you leave, with whom do you roam around.

They Provide food and never make you worry about money will help you in time of need. People in the organisation are nice and friendly. Workplace has a coffee machine.

Dislikes

They work you over weekends, there is no freedom in creativity in handling campaigns. If you join Operations you will have to receive backlash from management, Brands as well as influencers. You have to be a very strong minded person to last long. There were days where I would be threatened by influencers and management would not give support and would say deal with it. They Change their bonus scheme in the middle of the year resulting in loss of any accumulation of bonus that you gained. They do business in a very shady manor.
