Decent pay, which is somewhat on par with other metros. Good health insurance benefit to employees and family.

There are lot of politics involved here. Appraisal process is not at all transparent and genuine. There are many anomalies in promotion policy for non-executives, whereas executives enjoy time bound promotions. Though we are working on odd times and shifts, management is not at all concerned about our issues and work life balance. Getting a break from workplace and having a vacation is a tedious task to accomplish. Atleast managers need to understand what their subordinates are going through and behave courteously....Read More
