Some of the young partners are really arrogant. Arrogance should come if you have good legal knowledge, but here that was not the case. One would expect Kochhar to pay well since it’s one of the reputed firms, but you’ll be surprised how much little they are willing to pay, for the tons of work they actually make you do.

Below par salary structure. the firms pretends to be a top-tier firm but in some cases pays less than independent lawyers. Also, has a culture of sycophancy. If the "Leadership" does not like you, your career will not go anywhere. Zero transparency in promotions and appraisals.
