Lots of career opportunities as company releases lots of IJP. Although this is due to heavy attrition rate.

Dislikes

Extremely poor job security. AC is turned off even in the mid of summer (due to heavy cost cutting), Poor work culture. No ethics. Poor higher management. poor work life balance. no leave (even no earn leave). Also, the HR of company forces employees to write good feedback in social media or company review sites. Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
