When its come about salary structure they should look over there and take appropriate action on internal politics which make company fame badly.

Initial joining salary hike is excellent. They were earlier hiring with huge salary hikes. Monday to Friday working days 9 am to 6 pm. Beyond this point no one bothers about anything.

Dislikes

Mid level management are literally trying to spend their working days till retirement. Japanese management are not aggressive about doing business in India. They are so casual that they don't have branch offices & use dealers' office for sitting their local manpower. Management don't have any guts to discipline the dealers. They will held low level employees responsible & dealer will also try their best to squeeze the local company representative. Dealer will consider the local employees as their manpower yet company management will want the local employees to be the boss of the dealer. Dealerships are not strong enough in terms of capital as per the benchmark of CECV industry. The company will very casually ask any of its employee to leave the job without any reasoning. Their is no corporate culture of training or team trips etc although they brag that they are in India for over a decade. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Currently they are trying to fill the manpower requirements with low salary staffs since it's evident that they won't be able to do good business for sustainability</mark>....Read More

This company has every potential to be a king of Indian Excavator market.But in case of marketing and dealer development no potential shown.After retirement of previous MD has gone to worst. If no sales boost what you expect as employees?? Yes the REAL Twist is here- There were some fraud allegations against some top bosses. That doe sn't mean your every employee is thief. That plan totally backfired.Almost all star employees have left (factory & sales). HR policies have become worst and slow clap for HOD's and the puppets !! What a downfall!! You have made this awesome company fail. Revival and survival:- 1- If you find any employee corrupt,just fire them, your punishment won't work 2-A new able sales head required who can tackle Chinese dominance 3-Micro management of HR will demoralize employee (plz abstain) <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 4-Salary Structure revision for Sales and Plant employee (as per industry standard,no body asking you crores)</mark> 5-Subject expert should handle dept (no any Tom dck and harry) you are an OEM take candidate from OEM, a rotten tomato can spoil whole fresh pack.
