Nothing, the management has been quite unfair towards its employees.

All the things. The HR and management does not listen to the employees. Work culture has deteriorated in last 1 year. They have forcefully put people on PIP, right before annual bonus, and have taken unjust steps to ask employees to leave.

The skill development and learning sessions are quite good.

Work life balance is killed at its core. Micromanagement at its heights. The HR won't help you at all, even after seeing the reality of the Senior Managers. And, tbh, that's pathetic. They have an app called "Desktime" installed on the PCs to track your time. You've to mandatorily login for 9:30 hrs (excluding breaks) out of which 8:30 hrs should be your Desktime. This is only of the things I'm mentioning over here!! There are other such practices, which the Senior Managers themselves dont follow and expects their juniors to follow.
