At Knoldus, we follow a standard process (with eligibility criteria) to onboard talent, nurture them, and promote them. As part of the internship program, we train our interns for 6 months and we pay them a stipend each month for learning, and once they clear their internship successfully, we confirm their employment offer them competitive pay as per their Internship performance. And they are eligible for Appraisals as well as per the standard appraisal policy. Please note that the Appraisal policy follows a standard process and runs each year. It is not dependent on the date of joining. The bond period is 2.5 years and is completely fair as our 6 months of Internship training (wherein we pay as well) makes them highly qualified engineers who are benchmarked with engineers with 4-5 years of experience. We appreciate high performance and culture alignment. It is our endeavor to help our employees scale up and become highly qualified engineers. Continuous Low performance is discouraged at Knoldus and we have processes (Performance Enablement Program) to help employees win the performance.
