The 3 Directors are fantastic leaders with clear vision to achieve the goal. Knest is an Industry expert. The working culture is great in Mumbai and colleagues are really friendly and extremely supportive. The boss is always here to support and guide. Some of the colleagues from plant are really rude sometimes and no proper communication + No Incentives/ sales they should really start giving incentives as it works as a motivation for every sales person.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Remuneration could be better and 6 days a week working should be discontinued. Company should consider giving atleast 2 saturdays off in a month to imrpove work life balance of employees, it would increase the overall working efficiency and happiness index of all employees.
