They do hire for short term requirements and once requirements are over they would fire you with out any reason.

Work Details

Unorganised management and they only hire for short term goals and replace you with relatives. It's a family organisation, no learning and unqualified top management in all levels of hierarcy can't pay salaries on time & it's once in a 2 months.
