The company is very good for a fresher candidate because they can learn very easily without taking lots of pressure.

Dislikes

From some point of view, KMC is lacking the good quality of people because of some reasons and the reasons are one important thing is that they don't provide any weekly break and we don't get our increment letter in time it will take 1 year or more and lastly the salary which we never get in time.

As per my experience at KMC Constructions ltd it is a very good platform for freshers. If you are a fresher and got selected then you must join KMC because you get plenty of exposure and experience. When I joined Kmc they alloted me my site after one month of joining and there were no seniors so I learnt a lot from there and felt very responsible.I had to handle everything on site.But again I want to say that don't stay to long at KMC....Read More

Management is very poor.Salary is not regular and increment process is also worst.

Work Details

Because this is my first Company so I felt very good. Some time it became boring but otherwise it was great.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
