No such kind of increment, promotion and bonus. Do your job and also don't expect to be your salary on time, it's always 2-3 months late.

There is nothing to like in this company. They hire engineers because engineers are cheap. They can't give salary. Only employees who work for this company are useless. They can't find better job that's why they are working.

It's a fraud company. The owner of the company is a minister, but CBI is behind him. They can't provide salary on time. You can get hardly 7 months salary in a year. Increments is impossible in KMC. But if you are old enough and you have nothing to do in your life, you just want to sleep at office and get salary for doing nothing. This is ideal for you. They basically don't take interview. You will see 90% of employees are saying they are relative to the owner. That's the main reason because the employees don't make any agitation. As a fresher you can join KMC CONSTRUCTION LIMITED good in traning period, senior also helpful,and good thing is learnt as a trainee. Travel is completely company responsible.

actually its a great challenge for me to work on field as an site engg i enjoy the work and the coordination of the staff is essential if any oppurtunity come then i definately work again in kmc.
