The company is a Freudenberg group company, a family owned professionally managed group headquartered in Germany. The company places a lot of emphasis on Organizational culture, legal and ethical compliance and values based on mutual respect. While the parent company is very good at innovation and driven by customer requirements ( mainly OEM's), Indian unit is quite good at maintaining its market position in the price conscious local markets. As a single unit in India, the opportunities for manufacturing professionals is limited, whereas for a person comfortable with relocating, the 13 other Klueber units worldwide offer a good growth prospect....Read More

Compensation is comparable to average performance Indian companies. The product line being mature and the local market being very price conscious, one cannot innovate highly to create value added products but keep working on me-too products.
