KLT was my first company in my career graph. I got to learn many new things in all aspects of HR. I joined here as management trainee. It ws a good learning experience and got practical knowledge of how things are handled in Plant HR. As a trainee I use to visit all plants for several HR related work. That experience helped me a lot.

Dislikes

As I started my first job in KLT, I was very rare aware of how things takes place in HR dept. it ws altogether a learning experience.

Since it ws my first work ex, I found it a super interesting as all work watever assigned to me was new to me, n I got to learn many new things everyday frm documentation management to recruitment to performance appraisal,admin related work
