Salary is decent and bonus every year. facilities are good as medical,Personal bike,petrol,good accomodations etc.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management does not our issues.work culture is also not good and no job security.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. But the begining I struggled a bit due to no formal training session and trained technical person. Now after struggles I get a taste of different roles with in the same team.
