Your profile will be changed time to time. They don't bother about your interest and your last profile. Not fixed on their commitment. Full of politics, hold bonus and increment till Diwali. No leaves like EL Cl etc. No fixed time of job hours. Even I left by payout option but still not want to free and even deduction are done but no written proof like deduction in latter head was given by their own, and by too much effort they have given simple paper but illegally deducted GST on my amout. No skill development as not much trained and educated staff. And also salary is too much low and no good hikes. Even overtime is given for sub staff is half of the actual but in paper it is double. Even mangers force to work 10 hours daily without any extra payment In short no need to go for job....Read More
