Likes

Faculty will get exposure to various accreditation process. Well Documentation Experience.

Dislikes

No Professional Ethics. No respect & recognition for actively hard working faculties. Salary is Low. To much working hours. No job confirmation, as faculties can be removed anh time without any intimation. Rather than Teaching faculties are used for other works. Selected people get befinits.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
