the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.i love the fact that i am a part of team that site engineer and has a global client based. As a result, i learn about bbs formwork . Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds , and we work happily on site. i also like employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

the work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 15-18 hours as i have to attend client calls into the night also. manager don't value the unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire completion work as well as manage to day by day. pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring and the task is slightly repetitive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
