Nature of company owner which makes all employee to be with him and the company inspite of all other lakunas in the top management below company owner. Company owner nature, relation and bonding with the employees is the only thing which I think is key to success and also motivates all team members to perform best of their capabilities.

Not appreciating new ideas generated by down the line team members rather hiding them or show on their personals names. Few top management people are not ready to change their old mindset and try to drive the things with old mindset. Insecurity reflects on top management people with every better task you perform. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
