Worst company culture. No surety about growth, promotion, increment,job surety and in all fields. Very worst behaviour of management with employee.

Start as a fresher and start to learn by foreman and worker. No senior person help to learn things. As increase my experience still known as fresher and no post increase. Face very rude and poor behaviour.

This is the worst company to work. No job security no growth nothing. They don't give salary on time and if you serve your notice period then also they don't give your salary.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
