1)Bond (Company asks to submit the original educational certificates). 2)Very lack in providing proper training to employees - (not the same for all the teams). 3)No pay during training - HR says the training will be for 1 month but some team leads in the billing module drag the training for 2 months and ends up not taking the employee. 4) company collects the Laks money to break the bond
