The employees were good enough and helpful in nature

Dislikes

The management should be more constructive in a way for providing employees tasks based on their experience and their skills. The work should be almost fixed and not changing everyday which causes people to never achive their goals and secondly they should be more focussed on keeping the environment positive. Whereas they end up doing the opposite. Employees joining there thinking about a long term employment don't get satisfied as even working out of office hours and giving their 100% they were never appreciated. Also promised about In hand salary was never given nor was the facility of pf esi given however the money was deducted as per the offer letter. Kissan pro is obviously an aggressive platform for performance oriented profesional and has great team leaders to keep the team in company motivated

Dislikes

Kissan pro needs to be more clear while taking deduction to extend it's operation and keeping it's promises under deliverable standards

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
