Only thing is you get the exposure to alot of things.

Dislikes

Everything specially the HR, Conservative Environment, 0 work life balance. During hiring they tell you only required saturdays will be called, after joining all saturday they will call giving weirdest reasons like holiday compensation, voting day govt. holiday compensation, month end to support ops and sales team and stuff. No OT or compensation or extra payments will be given. HR has one task of making Holiday list of the year, that to is revised multiple times and then compensation game begins. Ah not to forget the water situation here. No water in Toilets which is the most basic thing in any workplace....Read More
