Plant has so much improvement potential but plant head under estimating all. Chairman don't trust on any new employee because he is hipnotaisied by plant head. Company has good product but Nellore plant head should be change because he is self declare King because chairman has no any other option. Chairman is nice person but he never trust on other without his old plant head.
