There are few things which are diffucult to accept about culture of company.You find its not possible to feel positiveness in KPCL in every aspect.HR is plays only politics and are worst.

You like things only when you like company..wise people dont think of going into burning volcano.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
