SP Singh was plant head of the company and he was the most selfish person I have ever seen. He just want all the promotion and money for himself. He stop every one's promotion and lower it to 500-700

There are no worklife balance and a lot of a lot of mental Pressure that makes you totally mad, specially plant head and HR team are very very unprofessional at Gujrat plant.

I am working in Halol lcation since Aug 23 and very satisfied with the company, provided facility and benefits. Canteen facility is good, and bus facility is also good. Medical policy is 2+2+2 parents , spouse & 2 kids and included.

Some policis are needed to improve, but it is okey because company has started in Feb 23

Management is very bad and salary is not good, staff behavior is very bad, food in canteen is dirty, cockroaches keep coming out, no one pays attention.
