Only Warehouse and Logistics dept is not ok for working. Other than this remaining all dept are good and give best experience. I will suggest to join Quality Control department if want to join this company.

They had given worker contract to contractor. And worker listen only to there contractors not engineer and managers of company and when we complain about contractors, they behave like boss and managers also don't listen to us.

Work Details

It was so Hectic work, contractors ask us to sign on duplicate bills. They send less material box on more amount bill. And if we denied to sign workers try to irritate us. They pack wrong materials. Sometimes less material in box and packets.

Owner of the company has completed his masters from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago with excellent grades (4.0) and is technically very sound. So it's one of the best thing to be trained under his guidance.

Dislikes

As a tier-2 company, sometimes you may have to work for 12 hours as per customer requirement for project completion. But its worth spending time here as a fresher.

Work Details

Work is exciting at first place. Then you feel hectic sometimes. Then sometimes frustrated.But when you left that place, you feel that it was better (especially when you are switching to OEM).
