Learning is best part of my work. I enjoy working with team, which is responsible for the our precision springs and has a great client base including Automotive, Valve industry.

Dislikes

Slow growth and work life balance. Also there is no on job training hence need to guide fresher step by step and it takes much more time but management is working hard upgrade the training system.

It is very good Company . I worked here almost 7 Years as a Account officer. Work Culture very good for office staff. mainly owner is very good Nature Person.

Everything is good in this company.. employee will get evey Facility As per Company law. So there no dislike about this company.

Only Warehouse and Logistics dept is not ok for working. Other than this remaining all dept are good and give best experience. I will suggest to join Quality Control department if want to join this company.

Dislikes

They had given worker contract to contractor. And worker listen only to there contractors not engineer and managers of company and when we complain about contractors, they behave like boss and managers also don't listen to us.

Likes

Owner of the company has completed his masters from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago with excellent grades (4.0) and is technically very sound. So it's one of the best thing to be trained under his guidance.

Dislikes

As a tier-2 company, sometimes you may have to work for 12 hours as per customer requirement for project completion. But its worth spending time here as a fresher.
