1. Poor work-life balance 2. Focus is not on ethical patient care, focus is on maximising OPD and ipd number 3. Nobody with experience in heading a medical facility in Urban area so hospital policy keeps changing with changing management.

Work Details

Interviewed for requirement of a gynaec laparoscopic surgeon. Then given targets to develop OPD of 100 patients per day otherwise support staff wouldn't be provided. Used to see 30 patients on OPD day without support staff. No night commutation facilit

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
