This company has very limited opreration staff, so we have vast things to learn New things, three year once employees will be promoted with 20 percent increment and yearly 10 to 15 percent increment , work culture is not bad.

Dislikes

Due to work pressure personal life can't be maintained, even in holidays aslo we get continous calls from managers, transporters and customers, followups and Salary increment is very less and also bonous.
