I started my professional career with KWE. It gave me the chance to enter into the professional world. I got the experience of Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Documentation, Coordination.

Dislikes

A bad job with a good Boss is better than a good job with bad boss. Hope you will get it. I joined the organisation as a fresher after doing my MBA. And the first job that I was assigned was filling the pending papers, which took almost 2 months. You can imagine the pile of pending documents which was there waiting for me. There after I was assigned all the crap work which seniors thought was useless & was of no value. Still I motivated myself & created value in that work. Small example - I made a tracker of all the courier dispatches which were being dispatched as my seniors never maid it & after doing so much of hard work by my seniors if some documents doesn't reaches the clients they were unable to trace it & were unanswerable to senior management.
